1. Conditions of Use

We, DryClean 365 (a division of Sun Fabric Care, GSTIN: [29AFQFS2890P1ZR]), and our affiliates provide access to our website https://www.dryclean365.in (“Website”) and mobile application (“App”) collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
The Platform is owned and operated by DryClean 365, a partnership firm having its registered office in Malleswaram, Bengaluru.

Please read these Conditions of Use carefully before availing any service or making any booking through the Platform.


For the purposes of these Conditions of Use:


  • The terms “you,” “your,” or “user” refer to any person who accesses, browses, registers, places an order, or uses any services through the Platform using any computer, mobile, or electronic device.
  • The terms “DryClean 365,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to DryClean 365 and its parent firm Sun Fabric Care.

    • By installing, registering, or merely using our Website or App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use, our Terms & Conditions, and all other company policies displayed or updated on the Platform from time to time.

    If you do not agree with these Conditions, please discontinue using the Platform and uninstall the App. Your continued access and usage constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DryClean365, effective from the date you first access the Platform.

    2. Pickup & Delivery

  • A minimum of 5 garments is required for pickup. Orders not meeting this limit may be canceled without prior notice.
  • Pickups scheduled after 6:00 PM may be rescheduled to the next available slot.
  • Deliveries for Regular Service will be made as per the “Scheduled Delivery Date” mentioned in the order receipt.
  • Delivery timelines for Express or Premium Services will vary depending on the service type selected.
  • DryClean365 shall not be held responsible for delivery delays due to factors beyond its control, including weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • 3. Garment Handling & Care

    We take utmost care in handling garments; however, DryClean365 shall not be liable for:
  • Color fading, bleeding, or shrinkage caused by fabric characteristics.
  • Damage due to weak fabric, defective accessories, or pre-existing conditions.
  • Deterioration of old or previously stained garments.

    • In the rare event of loss or major damage, compensation will be limited to the actual cost of the item or an amount determined by management, whichever is lower.

    Customers may request a re-cleaning if dissatisfied with the service, provided the garment has not been used after delivery and the complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

    4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • Orders can be placed via the DryClean 365 Website, App, or customer service .
  • Payments can be made through cash, card, UPI, or wallets . Full payment must be completed before final delivery.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup . A cancellation fee may apply if the pickup executive has already been dispatched.
  • DryClean365 reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to operational, safety, or logistical constraints.

    • 5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must verify garments during pickup and delivery. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
  • Complaints regarding missing or damaged items after 24 hours of delivery may not be entertained.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings (e.g., money, keys, jewelry, documents) from garments. DryClean365 shall not be liable for any such loss or damage.
  • Accurate contact and address details must be provided to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

    • 6. Service Limitations & Rights

  • DryClean365 may refuse garments that are heavily damaged, contaminated, or unsafe to handle.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    • 7. Disclaimer

  • While we make every effort to provide the best care, complete stain removal is not guaranteed, as results depend on fabric type and stain nature.
  • DryClean365 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
