Welcome to DryClean 365. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the DryClean 365 website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, the user ("Customer") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICE ACCEPTANCE
All garments are accepted subject to inspection at the processing facility. Prices shown at the time of booking are indicative and may change after inspection depending on fabric type, embellishments, stains, damage, or special handling requirements. If additional treatment is required, customer consent may be obtained before processing. The Company reserves the right to refuse service for items that pose a risk to machinery, staff, or other garments. 2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Final invoice is generated only after inspection and categorization of garments. Premium fabrics, delicate materials, heavy stains, and urgent services may incur additional charges. 3. PICKUP & DELIVERY
The Customer must ensure availability during scheduled pickup/delivery. If the Customer is unavailable, a re-attempt can be processed upon request. Repeated failure of pickup may lead to automatic cancellation of order. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or external conditions. 4. CUSTOMER DECLARATION
The Customer shall check all pockets and remove valuables prior to handing over garments. The Company is not responsible for money, jewellery, documents, or valuables left in garments. The Customer must declare high-value garments including designer wear, bridal wear, or garments exceeding ₹10,000 in value. 5. DAMAGE & COMPENSATION POLICY
The Company follows industry standard cleaning processes but does not guarantee removal of all stains. In case of damage attributable to processing negligence, compensation shall not exceed six (6) times the service charge of the affected garment. No compensation shall be payable for inherent fabric defects, color bleeding, shrinkage due to manufacturer defect, or pre-existing damage. Undeclared high-value garments shall be compensated only as per Point (5)(2). 6. UNCLAIMED GARMENTS
Garments not collected within 30 days from delivery notification shall be considered abandoned. The Company reserves the right to dispose, recycle, or donate such garments without further notice. No claim shall be entertained thereafter. 7. STORAGE LIABILITY
The Company shall not be responsible for odor, fungus, or discoloration caused due to delayed collection by the Customer. 8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Orders cancelled before processing may be eligible for refund. Orders cancelled after processing begins are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with cleaning results shall be addressed only through re-cleaning attempts and not refunds. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 5–10 working days. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, transportation disruption, government restrictions, or technical failures. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered. 11. USER CONDUCT
Customers shall not misuse the Platform or provide false information. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse. 12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by the Laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
